MAINTENANCE & SERVICING FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES
Regular, scheduled service known as PPM (or Planned Preventive Maintenance) must be carried out to keep air conditioning equipment in top working order, optimising its efficiency and reliability.
Preventive maintenance reduces any possibility of down time and uncomfortable working or living environments , and enhances the reliability of equipment by replacing any worn components prior to them failing.
Also as part of the manufacturer's warranty requirements, your system must be kept maintained by a recognised F-Gas company.
Cambridge Air Conditioning are a recognised F-GAS company and competent to carry out all routine air conditioning maintenance - whether it be domestic commercial or industrial, we have it covered.
As part of the Air Conditioning service you will receive scheduled visits throughout the year to keep your systems running efficiently also making you F-GAS compliant.
Once the maintenance is carried out, we will send over a full detailed air conditioning maintenance report.
